Welcome to our family-friendly Forest Landing vacation home near Bethany Beach, located in Frankford, Delaware, with access to the community pool, pickleball, fitness center, playground, and nearby beaches.

Welcome to our family beach home in Forest Landing, just minutes from Bethany Beach. Professionally managed, decorated, and prepared for a relaxing coastal getaway, this home is designed for families who want comfort, space, and easy access to great community amenities.

Your stay includes access to the Forest Landing pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, playground, and community amenities. Beach towels are also provided, and clean sheets will be ready for you when you arrive.

The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking and an easy walk to the pool and pickleball courts. One of our favorite features is the large screened porch, which opens to a paver patio and spacious backyard common area. In the evenings, kids and adults love gathering around the outdoor gas fire pit for s’mores.

Inside, the home has a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings, a loft area, and plenty of room to spread out. There are two king bedroom suites, including one on the first floor with an en suite bath. The second king suite includes an attached office or pack ’n play area, making it especially convenient for families with young children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, and an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 8 on the screened porch and 3 more seats at the kitchen counter.

The home also includes three LG smart TVs, two surround sound systems, whole-house 1 Gig WiFi, and a WiFi color printer/scanner in the upstairs office. There is also a free Level 2 12kW EV charger available, with J1772 and Tesla adapter options for your trip.

The Forest Landing pool is typically open from Memorial Day through September 30.

A few helpful notes before your stay: please bring your own beach chairs, shampoos, and personal bath products. We provide beach towels, hand soap, soft toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and starter paper towels. Guests with children may want to pick up extra paper towels locally at Giant or Weis.

Guests will be required to sign a lease that includes community amenity guidelines.
