Family holiday

Our second year for a large family holiday. The house is perfect for a large family holiday gathering. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked. Like the fact that there is a very large dining area so everyone can eat together in the same area. Lots of sitting spaces for watching TV, chatting, children playing without disturbing others. Nice to have linens provided.

Beautiful summer vacation

This property was not beautiful but spacious for our large group of 18 we were traveling with. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own privacy if needed but also to gather all together in a common space. The only issue we had was that we ran out of hot water almost daily with all of the showers that were being taken. Other than that the house was a wonderful space to come for our annual beach trip!

Awesome Hone, Great Stay

We loved that this home was very large. Everyone had their own spaces to hang out by themselves and as groups. The house was clean and had every amenity you could want, and much more! We would definitely stay here again and again! It's close to several beaches including Ocean City, MD.

Great house

There was a group of us who have been friends for many years. We came for a long weekend. The house was great with no complaints. The yard really needed mowing...really tall. I am surprised the neighbors have not called. Cut your grass and it would be perfect.

Holiday feast

We gathered family from PA, VA, CT, Fl, GA together to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal and weekend at the house and it was fabulous! Everyone loved the house. We enjoyed the many seating areas and room so everyone could watch TV, play games or chat without disturbing others. The kitchen/dining are were big enough for all to be seated without needing to be in separate rooms. The kitchen was awesome, the island was huge, allowing enough space for prep and serving, and was stocked with any appliance, serving dishes and utensils you could need. Hoping to gather all together to enjoy Thanksgiving at the house next year.

Apple Avenue

House good , except some deck boards need replacement and A/C is not uniform throughout the house in 90 plus temperatures. One color Front porch is dangerous. Vacasa service not acceptable . Also no kitchen towels, no cleaning supplies, soap and other bath items in short supply , I have rented over 12 homes and and never have I experienced a absence of standard supplies. Also ,beach umbrellas all broken . Large stain in living room covered with another rug which was a accident waiting to happen as people could trip on the rug.

Amazing House

Gorgeous large home in charming and quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out. Enjoyed the front porch and staring out at the water in the morning immensely. The ping pong table was broken during our stay but other than that, our family vacation was perfect. The kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay but we made sure to clean and disinfect all surfaces.

Fantastic Stay!

We had four families stay here and it was a fantastic stay! Close to the beach and grocery store and just so much space so that we could spread out and didn’t feel on top of each other! We had kids and it felt safe for everyone and ample parking. Would recommend this stay!

The house was not cleaned some beds had not been made also the carpets are absolutely gross the vents are filthy its to bad the house was perfect for my family we would have made it a yearly thing.After we had left I contacted vacasa because there was a baby blanket left behind they did return our call in a timely matter and was pleasant but they said they would put a ticket in and we never heard back called again and was told they couldn't go into the home when it was rented out I requested they go to the house when the next renters left and never heard back from them

Perfect family stay

8 adults, 7 kids (10-5) all in one place. Lots of laughing, running and making memories. Pictures do. Ot do this place justice. So much space, quiet neighborhood and so much to do. Close to all beaches and perfect for summer fun. Thank you
