「Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address...

「The Dome was amazing! This was our second time on the property. The view is beautiful! The scenery is so peaceful. It’s extremely nice and cozy. Theres a heater if it gets too chilly. Also a fan if you need. Such an awesome spot to enjoy. We will definitely be returning. 」

「If you have reason to visit Fallbrook, a stay in Kim’s guesthouse is convenient and pleasant. The decor is just as pictured. Let it be known that you can hear people above you but they keep very sensible hours. We would be happy to stay again. 」

「Super clean well done little studio close enough to freeway, but quiet. If warm enough, the pool and pool area are lovely! pool not heated so not sure about winter months but it’s a great plus to this rental. Great for a single or couple, romantic little spot 」

「I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased...
