「Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.」

「It was a perfect getaway for us with two little dogs. We were escaping the heat of Palm Springs. The patio area was so nice, walking distance to restaurants and enjoyed morning walks to Carlsbad which also had many good restaurants. We would definitely recommend South O and will come back. 」

「Unfortunately the building was under construction, our first day the water was shut off and the host never responded to me regarding this and to let us know when the water would come back on. 「We had such a wonderful stay at Paradise! The home was exactly as pictured. The home and decor is so inviting and welcoming. The home is very clean. The labels in the kitchen were a huge help and they have everything imaginable you may need in there. I appreciated the abundance of towels and toilet paper in every bathroom. 「Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.」
