This property was exactly as described. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The host communicated several times during my stay to ensure there were no issues (there weren’t) and checkout was smooth and easy. I’m keeping this property in mind for future visits!

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect and exactly as described! Short walk to beach, amazing coffee shop, stores, restaurants just steps from the complex. The complex itself was super quiet and street parking was adequate. The unit was super clean. Host communication was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall Fantastic!

Great location and short walk to beach. Place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Host responded quickly with my questions and even let me know where to go to watch fireworks. I definitely would stay there again!

Outstanding Location

My family and I stay in Oceanside or Carlsbad every year. We typically stay with family, but decided to Vrbo this year because we have a baby. This apartment was perfect for us, plenty of room for me, my wife, and the baby. If you’re looking for a great location, this is it. Communal Coffee and Bottlecraft Brewing are directly across the street, and Green Cheek Brewing is right around the corner. Not to mention, the ocean is just minutes away.

Perfect Stay in Oceanside

This was a fantastic place for us to call home for 4 nights while in Oceanside. As a family with 2 little ones, it was well set up and even had some beach toys for the kiddos. The kids stayed on the pull out couch and slept very well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets you could need and we loved the built in desk. The master bedroom is nice and large with a huge amount of closet space and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in for a VRBO. The location was so so convenient as well, right across from Communal for a great meal or a quick coffee and a quick walk to The Strand. About 1.5km to the Pier - nice to walk but a very short drive with ample parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return!
