"Carolyn's place was perfect for our small group outing. The home's amenities and location offer everything you could possibly need, while still affording plenty of privacy for our group of 7. The place was clean, easy to access and Carolyn was quick to respond any time I had any questions. I'd absolutely plan on being a repeat guest for similar vacations in the near future."

"Overall it was a great little place to stay just a block from the beach. Everywhere is walkable which is a plus. There is no AC so it gets very hot. The host provides three fans that do help. I completely missed the fact there was no AC, the only thing in the listing that “says” there is no AC is that it’s not listed in the amenities. I told the host that it can easily be overlooked just like what happened to us, and he was very understanding and will work on making it more noticeable in the listing. Other than that it was a great stay and enough space for one or two people. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the other people living in the area were all friendly."

"Overall it was very nice….the bed and hideabed were not the best but they had everything you needed and the back yard was the best! There were 4 condos and each had their own outdoor sitting area with a fire pit but you could also sit out in the sand area and visit with your neighbors!"

"The house was just as described. The ocean view was amazing! Each room was clean, had its own bathroom and had plenty of towels. We had 2 units which included 2 kitchens that were stocked with all of the dishes and utensils we needed. We hardly used our cars as it was an easy walk to the beach and coffee shops and even a great street fair. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant although we didn’t have any real issues. I highly recommend and would stay again !"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot was really nice because of the location and views of the ocean. You can feel such a nice breeze from the balcony and there are plenty of beach equipment at the property left from previous renters."
