Magnificent two story beachfront main house plus separate cozy one bedroom cottage on the beach in S. Oceanside, CA. Includes lap pool, Cabana, private sand beach area, fire ring. and direct stairway access to beach and ocean. Gas BBQ at private beach with patio tables and chairs. A beach vacation paradise!

The Space:
I. The Main House
This charming two-story Spanish-style home offers stunning ocean views from multiple windows, decks, and balconies. The lower level features a two-car garage and a spacious north-facing layout that includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a dedicated office space. On the south side, you’ll find a cozy piano room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the master suite spans the south wing with a full bath and generous walk-in closet. The north wing includes a bedroom with twin bunk beds, a convenient adjoining laundry room, and a fun-filled game area—perfect for families.

II. The Cozy Cottage
Ideal for a couple or a family with older children (ages 8+), the Cottage offers a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. While the two rooms share an open layout without a separating door, the space is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation.

III. The Cabana
A perfect spot for outdoor entertaining, the Cabana features a spacious patio with ample tables and chairs, all nestled beside a large sandy beach-style area. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining with a gas grill, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a convenient half bathroom—everything you need for casual, beachside gatherings.
