“This place is just as described. Close to the beach and to the main area of Oceanside. Backyard is the best with fire pit, hammocks and games for all. ”

“Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying……

“Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.”

“We loved this house! The house was clean and stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The house is a block from the beach. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood - close enough to the action, but far enough away from the noise. Katie was super responsive. ”

“We had a great time at this place and would recommend it wholeheartedly! Daniel was a generous host who went out of his way to help us in DM's and even provide local recommendations. We enjoyed the extremely toddler-friendly backyard, and the downstairs layout was great for relaxing together as a family while kids and adults did different things. Highly recommend! ”

“The house was amazing, we loved the set up. Our boys thought they were special with the whole loft to themselves. The adults loved that their bedrooms were on the bottom floor. The kitchen was amazing, and perfect for my peaceful getaway with our family for my birthday weekend. The pool table was an added bonus that was used by all. Communication was pretty good also. The corn hole and golf in the back was perfect for play, although the corn hole game boards, has seen better days. Only……
