“The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. “Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!”

“This was an ideal getaway for two people. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host provided plenty of information, including a long list of ideas for eating, sightseeing, etc (as well as some discounts for doing things). The ocean view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting on the great deck just enjoying the view.
