Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a luxurious beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This expansive 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom home is designed for comfort and elegance, accommodating up to 22 guests with ease.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully laid-out property featuring a variety of sleeping arrangements. The master suite boasts a king bed, while other bedrooms offer a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, ensuring a perfect fit for families and groups. Each room is equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wireless internet.

The open-concept living area is perfect for gatherings, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware. Relax in the living room, which features a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy the convenience of a private spa, rooftop deck, and panoramic doors that offer stunning ocean views.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Fun reunion

Great location and massive beach house perfect for a multi-family reunion. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Only down side was a clogged drain that made the bottom floor smell a bit, but fortunately we didn't have to go down there much as we had enough bedrooms on the 3 other floors and we enjoyed the rooftop tremendously.

Great family reunion spot with amazing views

Pros: The house accommodated our 22 people ranging from 3 months to 90 years old comfortably. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the extra fridge came in handy. Every sunset was stunning and we loved that coffee shops, restaurants, and a bit of shopping were within walking distance. The roof deck is delightful and there are lots of fun gathering spots. Cons: only beach access on the property requires some rock climbing, and it's 4pm check-in and 10am check-out with no flexibility unless you pay a hefty fee to extend.

Disappointed in rental company

The house and location were both excellent. The reason I only gave it 3 stars overall is because we were deeply disappointed with the rental company and the lack of customer service. For starters, I was told over the phone that someone from the rental company would meet me the day we checked in to go over how to use things in the house. No one showed up and when I called to ask why they said they did not have me setup to have a meet & greet. I was never told that I had to set it up. I thought it was already set because I was told over the phone that someone would meet us there on check-in day. On the morning of arrival, they had texted me asking when we would check-in (which I confirmed would be at 4pm), so I assumed someone was coming out to meet us. What was even more disappointing was that on our very first day, we let the rental company know that the fireplace was not working nor was the water dispenser. We were told that the fireplace would not be able to be fixed until that Thurs which was our check-out day so we never got to use it. The water dispenser on the fridge did not work which we let them know on our check-in day as well. We were first told that they would bring us a Britta. That never happened. We were then told the next day that they don't have a Britta so we asked if they could at least deliver us some bottled water and they said they don't deliver. It seemed like something that could have been easily resolved by just having one of their staff run to Target to buy a Britta or go to the grocery to purchase some water. Nothing was done. We were told that the water dispenser would need to be unplugged and then the work would have to be done after 10 hrs. We were told this on Tues night which means the fridge would be unusable that Wed which means it would not have even been worked on until Thurs which again, was our check-out date. Finally, we needed a battery for the remote for the ceiling fan. Someone from the rental company came out and said that we needed batteries that were not AAA and that he would be back with the correct type of battery. He did not come back that day. Instead, batteries were dropped off at the front door the next day and they were AAA (the wrong battery) so we could not use the remote. Considering the cost of renting this house, we expected a higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, due to this experience we do not plan on renting any properties from Beachfront Only again.

Just lovely!

We LOVED our time at the beach house. Extended family and friends stayed the week of our daughters wedding. We had an amazing time. The accommodations were fantastic and everything we hoped for. They were very accommodating in letting us put some items in the garage before check in so we could empty the car and do a big Costco run. Thank you for a very memorable trip.

Excellent experience and stay

We hope to return to this property again and again. We stayed with family and friends who all came to San Diego for a wedding. The house was bigger than expected, comfortable, clean, and has plenty of amenities. The views are incredible. The weather was gorgeous. We had beach everyday with the tide. A standard coffee maker is provided however, we requested a Keurig and the property manager delivered it to us. We also requested four folding chairs which were also delivered. We requested early check in and early check out which was available and appreciated, however we did not take advantage due to the fee. I highly recommend this property and company.

Incredible views from an amazing house!

We booked this property and the one next door for our Corporate Sales Meeting and we were not disappointed! The house is just as beautiful as the photos portray. Incredible rooftop views and easy beach access. The only 2 critiques I'd note are that not all of the bedroom doors have locks on them and the kitchen utensils and larger serving dishes were very limited which was difficult with a group our size. The staff was very accommodating and made the Check-in/ Check-out process extremely easy. We will definitely consider booking this property again in the future!

Wonderful views, beautiful accommodations, and enough space for my team meeting.

The accommodations were great, the views of the ocean from the decks were fantastic, and we were able to swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, without much trouble. It IS difficult to get to the beach over the rocks but our group (30-50yrs) didn't have too much trouble. The bandwidth on the internet had struggles at times for the internet television. All that being said, my team wants to make this a permanent stop on our quarterly meetings. It was an absolutely perfect place to have a meeting for 9-10 people.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It’s as advertised and right on the beach. The beach is a little rocky but was a lot of fun for our kids. The roof deck at sunset is also amazing. Only complaints were that The BBQ didn’t work (and was quite dirty) and the stairs had a finish that was coming off and made barefeet dirty when you walked between floors. This house was perfect for our family reunion and we’d stay here again.
