Gorgeous views, clean & comfortable!

This has been the most well-kept VRBO we've stayed at! It was very clean, cutely decorated throughout each room. The ocean views are gorgeous from the from the living room/kitchen and bedroom. Nice patio for fresh sea air. Loved having the windows open in the bedroom or patio to hear the waves. Lots of functional hooks for towels (small things count). Thank you for sharing your beautiful space filled with great energy!

Great location, view and amenities

What you feel about this place is a very personal preference. I liked the location, the view, the gym, the fast internet and the underground parking. I didn't like that the unit was very dated, the bed frames were falling apart, and the pots and pans had passed the stage of even the garbage. I would say at least it was correctly priced for what it is.

The room is dated, mirrored walls in bedroom and living room, and the furniture did not have any good places to really relax. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and enough pans, plates, and tools. Overall, not a bad stay but a few changes would have made it better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a relaxing week with the family at this resorty locale. Had a nice beach/ocean view and could hear the waves at all times. The property is well kept, has a very nice pool and spa, and well maintained paths, game room and ammenities. The location was great, able to walk to the harbor or downtown, felt safe the entire stay. To nit pick a bit, the beach chairs were old and one was broken, the screen had a little hole in it, it was a bit muggy/damp the first couple of nights in the room and no AC. All that said, we would highly recommend staying here, especially for young families.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a beautiful location with ocean views off the balcony. Place is decorated with a cute beach theme, beds are clean and comfy. Still a little worn and dated a bit. But whole place is clean. The grounds are amazing with waterfalls, rivers running though the complex, little bridges crossing the water, dense with a tropical foliage, workout room, sauna, large grotto spa and huge pool all that lights up at night for a romantic feel. Navigating around this complex is a maze so be prepared. Things not clear were any sort of directions on the sheet to get to the parking. What street to enter on, upper or underground or how to enter with the key fob. This could have saved some time if it was described on the sheet you receive when renting. Overall beautiful place to stay. We will rent again. Especially because now we know the complex. Ha!

Ocean View Was Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company and North Coast Village are fantastic. I have rented several units within this development from MMV and have only ever had a wonderful experience. That being said, there are pros and cons to this specific unit. First, the deadbolt doesn't work (or if is does work, it's very difficult to lock and I wasn't able to figure out the trick). Furniture in this unit is uncomfortable and the rug in the family room can't be walked on without shoes unless you like pain. Plan on washing your towels as they only provided 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels for the week. No beach toys or boogie boards were provided which is fine, but other units provide these perks and I appreciated that during other stays. Lastly, the unit was clean enough, but the kitchen needed a good scrub (specifically the cabinets, outside of oven, and stovetop). I will say the location of this unit is great and the view of the ocean is wonderful. You can hear the ocean from the whole unit when windows are open and that is a plus for me. This unit provided 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and a beach umbrella for beach days. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi were also provided. Overall this unit was fine, but don't be expecting luxurious accommodations. For views and beach access it's great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You should really provide more towels and paper products within reason to make this property more of a 4 or 5 star experience. We were provided with four beach towels for three people for the entire week! I didn’t want to pay the additional $40 fee for new towels. Additionally, there were no facial Kleenex, so we had to ration the toilet paper provided to us for the week. It just felt like we were being nickel & dimed after paying so much money to stay there.
