「Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs. I wish I new about this B&B years ago when my daughter was a freshman at ISU, we would have stayed her every time. The family, Peter & Denise were wonderful to speak with. This is our new "go to" place, we will comeback...

「This was a relaxing and calm get away. We were a 5-7 minute walk from downtown so that was nice. We had all the amenities we needed and we had an allocated place to park.」

「Friendly staff, Clean and roomy breakfast area. The only negative might be interpreted as nitpicky, as I like to work out early in the morning and the fitness center doesn’t open till seven. However, the person at the service desk allowed me in without issue.」

「Great hotel, very nicely renovated lobby and good breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small but nice with a hot tub! My only complaint was that the hallways were Freezing cold.」

「First time staying at a Grand Stay property and we were impressed. The property appears to have been recently renovated and our single queen room/suite was very nice. Having a bedroom (with a door that closes) separate from a sitting area w/ sleeper sofa TV and kitchenette (w/ full size refrigerator, mini- stove, microwave, and dishwasher) is very nice. 「Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very quiet and convenient to freeways. The only thing I would say could have been better is the cleanliness of the room I stayed in. Bathroom door looked like frosting finger marks from little ones as well as on the window. Also the bathtub had that pinkish/red fungus in a couple spots. 」
