「The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!」

「This property was so well maintained! All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and maintained throughout the morning. We will stay there again. Wonderful weekend!」

「We had to be moved because of our room hadn't been cleaned properly. Elevator was sketchy. We felt safer going up and down the stairs. The first also had no lock on the bathroom door and smelled like sewage. Second room wasn't much better. My daughter and her friend did not feel safe there either. There was alot of construction workers staying there that seemed to pay way to much attention to them.」

「The hotel is a bit dated and the room is small, however the room was clean, it was quiet, good breakfast, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again.」

「Room was very clean. Seemed to have near new paint, carpet, furniture, bathroom. Halls were not so clean. Carpets were older and dirty. Hallways smelled like a wet dog. Breakfast wasn't great. Cereal, toast, waffles, something in a warmer but I didn't check. Ended up going elsewhere. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out. Overall met the need of a place to sleep and room was clean. Would stay again. Hopefully the hallways would be updated before the next time.」

「The room was adequate, dated and clean but not a deep clean due to the age. The breakfast nook was the worst I have ever walked into. It was dirty and the appliances were dirty. I got a sealed yougart and left. From what I could tell the quality of the food was very low.」

「The breakfast provided was poor, with very limited options. There was cold cereal- no milk for two days. Waffles- no butter, and an empty syrup container. Most days I didn’t eat there. 」

「I would stay here again but I am very low maintenance. It was clean and quite the bed was fine, but the base of the bed was tin and made noise. The TV wasn't hooked up so I had to figure that out and one of the bedside lights and outlets didn't work. The waffle at breakfast was really good but the bagels only flavor had raisons.」
