“The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!”

“We had to be moved because of our room hadn't been cleaned properly. Elevator was sketchy. We felt safer going up and down the stairs. The first also had no lock on the bathroom door and smelled like sewage. Second room wasn't much better. My daughter and her friend did not feel safe there either. There was alot of construction workers staying there that seemed to pay way to much attention to them.”
