Relaxing Bayfront Home with Ocean Views and Easy Beach Access

"The check-in process and communication was very smooth and easy! When we arrived the 2nd floor did smell faintly like fresh paint still, but nothing opening a few windows didn’t solve. It is still in the process of being renovated but it’s a perfect location and lovely house."

"The ocean view was the best part of this stay. The window is large enough to see the amazing view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The self serving check in and out was easy. The accessible lobby stocked with beach towels, board games and a washer/dryer for use. All the questions you may have during your stay is already listed on signs in the room so there’s no need to have to get a hold of staff. The location was a benefit as well. I feel we were central between pacific City and Rockaway Beach which were the two other places we wanted to explore on our coastal drive. We will definitely stay here again. The only disadvantage was that the tub has jets but they did not work."

"This is a great property with fabulous ocean views and very convenient parking as well as location within walking distance to the beach. The house is remodeled nicely with everything you need for cooking and laundry. Plenty of towels and also soap and shampoo. The house overall was very clean, the floors were spotless and kitchen was very tidy as well. We did come across a few items that needed improvement:1. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had mildew and mold on it. It was pink and icky.2. Both bathroom vents had a lot of dust and lint on them.3. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders all over.4. There was a moldy smell in the 2nd floor bathroom. It was clean so not sure where it was coming from. 5. Note that the description of the beds is not accurate. There are 2 fewer beds. Other than these, it is a great place to stay with a large group or family. The arrangements and accommodations are comfortable. Wifi is fast and the host is very communicative and helpful."

"What a perfect spot for our girls’ getaway! We had 10 women in town for a beach and fantasy football weekend, and using all of the units worked out SO well for our group.The ocean views were amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having plenty of towels. The beach access was incredibly convenient with a quick walk down the road or a very short drive down to the parking lot. We loved being able to come and go easily throughout the weekend. Don’t miss exporting tunnel beach at low tide. It was incredible to see all the sea stars, anemones, and crabs. Our host and the staff were also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything even easier. It’s always reassuring to know someone is available to answer questions, especially when traveling with a large group.The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and a great value for our group. Between the beach, the views, the laughs, and some very serious fantasy football business, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend!We had an absolute blast and would definitely come back for another girls’ trip! "

"The view is worth it! The cabin was a little musty and damp smelling. The air circulation wasn't the best. We opened the window to let the ocean air in and plugged in the fan. The communication for check in was great. We did utilize the frig to put drinks in. The mini coffee pot was good. But, I would have preferred the complimentary coffee to be in a sealed packet rather than loose in a tupperware. The sleepy beachtown in itself with it's stunning views trumped those minor details. Worth it!"

"The Cape Meares house was everything I was hoping it would be. A very short walk to the beach, comfortable yet stylish furnishings, spotlessly clean. The main level of the house is up an easy flight of stairs so the large windows provide you with views of the beach and ocean. And open the sliding door and windows and you have the breeze of the salt air coming in. Cape Meares is very quiet; only the sound of the ocean at night. About a 20 minute drive to the supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen and plenty of hot water for a shower. It was a wonderful stay. And the Oregon Coast - so beautiful!"
