Hotel is great but the parking lot is not. Woke up to all my gas siphoned and my gas jugs stolen out of my trailer.

We were very impressed with the Tillamook inn. We had a room with 2 queens and it was very spacious, super clean and the beds were really comfortable. Everything we needed was right there - a convenience store attached, restaurant next door and gas station right there with a car wash. We will for sure stay here again.

Hotel is newly renovated so fairly clean. But beware - there are no elevators and if you are on the 2nd floor, you will be carrying your suitcases up the stairs. I did not see anywhere online that mentioned they did not have elevators. During check-in, the front desk clerk was super rude. I had booked 2 rooms together and asked to have them close to each other as we were traveling with family and younger kids. Unfortunately during check in we found out our rooms were far apart. When I asked the Fri t desk clerk was unusually rude and defensive about it. They also had a broken A/C in one of our rooms and unfortunately didn’t do anything except give us a small fan. There is no breakfast available - free or paid. I would not come back to this place

The idea of this hotel is wonderful and beautifully modern. Obviously, the maids are the issue and having guests who break the rules by smoking in non-smoking rooms. Not only did our room smell of smoke, have a broken lamp, have bacterial growth in the beautiful shower, and have trash under the bed, it was loud and someone tried coming in our room around 5-6am. The parking lot was sketchy, and I did not feel safe. The staff, (Rachel), was very helpful and kind to our family. The shower was very nice and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the pumps on the wall. The colors and designs were really modern and nice. Not a lot of parking, but near stores and restaurants.

Our first room had an awful smell so we were able to move and got a nicer room! Overflow parking was great to park our camper. Nice staff.

I was honestly very surprised they don’t clean rooms unless you are staying more than 7 days (found this out there). You have to ask for items like towels, soap, TP etc. we stayed for 4 days and it was disappointing to have our trash can overflowing bc they don’t clean rooms during your stay. Hotel was okay. Wouldn’t stay again.

Check-in was fast and the front desk person was very friendly. The room had been refreshed and was good; better than I expected. Shower was nice and the water got hot quick which is a bonus. Towels were plentiful, soft, and white. If needed, they brought more rather quickly upon request. My only issue with my room was the lack of coat hangers. Not a one. I also used the workout room the 3 days I was there. Nice free weights and the treadmills were rather new. Overall, nice place to stay.

Staff weren't unfriendly but they weren't especially welcoming either. Sofa bed had no sheets, blankets, pillows. Beds were comfortable but room was noisy (faucets, fridge, etc.). Pet fee seemed high. Limited amenities (i.e., no breakfast, restaurant, pool).
