"Das schlimmste sind die quietschenden Türen! Die muss bitte dringend jemand ölen! Das hält man nicht aus. Die ganze Nacht, da kann man kaum schlafen. Die Betten sind recht bequem, geht schon für 1-2 Nächte. Die Bäder und Toiletten sind überraschend sauber, aber Spiegel wären sinnvoll. Tastatur am Hoteleingang zum reinkommen ohne Infozettel oder Hinweisschild ist schwierig zu sehen. Frühstück für 5 o.k., aber zumindest 2 Sorten Brötchen wären gut, und nicht nur weiße. "I work all over the world and have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels, and this is by far the worst I have ever witnessed. Outdated, filthy throughout, terrible rooms, and a really really unsafe feeling throughout. I did not stay here, I checked in, and after seeing the state of the place immediately left and found an alternative hotel. Avoid at all costs"

"Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde mein Mitarbeiter, für den die Wohnung gebucht war völlig grundlos als Assi bezeichnet. Es wurde gedroht man hätte einen Zweitschlüssel und würde aufpassen. Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "

"Tolles Hotel mitten in Westerholt. Schöne enge Gassen. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben es auf unserer Liste für ein nächstes Mal. "

"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

"Das Hotel liegt maximal 5 Minuten von der Fussgängerzone entfernt, und dementsprechend auch ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Anbindung. Wir hatten ein Fenster zur Straßenseite, wodurch das öffnen des Fensters in der Nacht nicht empfehlenswert wurde. Wenn wir gewusst hätten das in dem Zimmer eine Mini-Kaffeemaschine stand, hätten wir uns Kaffee und Filter gleich selber mitgebracht."
