「The landlady was very helpful and we even got a coupon from gardener’s world to visit gardens for half price. We could eat the plums and apples from the trees.On arrival there were flowers and a welcome package of essentials. She was the best landlady you could have.」

「booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost.
The stay was also badly affected by very loud roadworks starting after midnight, including a concrete saw and jackhammer, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. I appreciate...

「The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all」
