「A group of us (6 couples) came to Georgia to attend the Combat Veterans Associations Nationals in Athens. As a large group we wanted a comfortable place to stay nearby and the Riverhouse in Monroe was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, quiet area and beautiful property and home. We had more than enough space for our large group and we felt right at home. 「Very remote, but if that’s what you want this is perfect. No wifi and very little cell service but that was perfect for us. Property is great with lots of built in necessities like kayaks and a fire pit and plenty of space to roam. 」

「My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in...

「I wanted an unforgettable vacation for my 3 kids and i this summer and the Lizard Sniffer Ranch did just that. We used everything we could at the property. My girls rode the golf cart around the trails and rode the horses. My son sat at Marvel and read comic books. The Hobbit House was so unique that the memories will last a lifetime and we will look forward to returning next year.」
