“The home is in great proximity to UGA. The home is large with spacious bedrooms. It's also nice that each bedroom has its own bath. When you have a lot of people, there isn't a concern over lines at the bathroom. There's also a large parking pad. We were able to fit 4 medium to large sized SUVs with some room to spare. The owner was easily accessible and very pleasant. We will definitely visit again! ”

“One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”

“If you are planning to stay during a game day weekend, keep in mind that this property backs up to a large fraternity house and is next door to a busy tailgate lot (and the noise could be an issue). If that bothers you, this may not be the property for you. It did not bother me. Everything else about our stay was A+++.”
