A hidden gem! Freshly renovated with a great huge hot tub! We had such a nice stay at the Drift Away Hotel. It has that classic, welcoming "mom and pop" feel, but it’s been freshly renovated, so everything feels brand new and exceptionally clean. The absolute highlight for us was the hot tub, we spent so much time out there, and we absolutely loved the enormous room as well! If you're looking for a relaxing spot with great local charm and updated rooms, this is the perfect place to stay.

Everything about the facility was great. The people were very pleasant. The hot tub was amazing in the pool very convenient location around a lot of different stores and restaurants. Had a wonderful time there with my family. We’ll definitely go back again.

Everything was clean and felt safe. Staff were very helpful. Price was great. Pool was amazing and so was hot tub aside from some rowdy unattended children doing cannon balls into the hot tub.

It felt a little bit more like a motel. We were woken up by a leaf blower outside at 8 am. We could also hear the cars in the parking lot. However, the rooms are renovated and nice. They put some work in to decorate them! The only yucky part was the shower drain. You could see the gunk and hair in the drain. The pool area is cute, but you have to wear a plastic wristband at all times.

PROS: On the main road so handy to restaurants and mini-golf, etc. Grounds were well-kept, hot tub was very nice. CONS: Pool was freezing and NOT heated and NOT salt-water, too cold to swim. We had a pet-friendly room so they were in the back of the property with a pretty bad dirt area for our dog.
