「What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Street side room was quiet even without rolldown shutters closed. Parking was free and ample at...

「Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.」

「旅館旁是一個球場，因此若自己有車很容易到達。旅館內有餐廳，旁邊也有一些其他選擇。服務人員親切且英文程度很好，能提供交通、購物等有用訊息。若要用大眾交通方式到達旅館則屬中等難度，火車站到旅館需要搭公車，且公車站離旅館仍有五分鐘步行距離，若從火車站搭計程車則需約10~15分鐘車程。」

「用google map 很容易就找到了，酒店的外貌很有特色，有電梯，房間很大，很有歐洲的特色。很多人都在酒店內外拍照留念，房間整潔，服務員很有禮貌。上網速度很好，車位充足容易泊車。」

「I struggled with the air conditioning and the shower, purely because I am quite hesitant with tech. Leaflets on their use would have been helpful but I know if I had asked for their help the staff would have been fantastic. 」
