"The room was dirty, run down and the window was cracked and tapped up"

"First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub didn't work at all. Told the last at the desk it wasn't working she said it was because it was over worked and sometimes does that so at 6am on Saturday we went tried again still didn't work. Very upsetting. Teenagers took over the pool couldn't let our 6 year old swim, they was jumping screaming running and staff member can't in and said nothing, no towels to dry off with in pool area. Drains has big clumps of hair in them. Then we talk breakfast still never will completely understand why if a hotel is at full capacity that only one staff member working breakfast, she couldn't keep up, both days I had to ask her to refill eggs, juice, that pancake machine was not working correctly. Over all I would not stay at this location again. Front desk staff was AMAZING. Very friendly helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel lacked charm. Parking lot is a little small. "

"Everything was great except i reserved and paid for a king bed room. To only recieve a double bed room. Hotel staff said it was cause i booked thru a thrid party "expedia." Main reason i chose hyatt was due to the room layout."

"Property and rooms are extremely outdated. Surrounding area does not seem very safe and except for fast food spots there are no sightseeing or activities within 15min walking distance, maybe 40min at the least but again area around hotel does not appear safe enough to be walking around. Hotel itself was pretty old and not as pictured. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Breakfast was good. Issues with Air Conditioning... made loud noise all night. Had to switch rooms. They did not clean rooms between stays. Towels very small and cheap. Had to go front desk to get towels for next day. Property was not in best condition. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Idk who they paid for their 9/10 score. The property is run down and dirty. Breakfast was gross. Tasted like it was all made in a microwave. Pool is so heavily chlorinated your nostrils and eyes burn just walking in there. I couldn’t even hardly stay in there for my child to swim and wasn’t comfortable putting my toddler in. I was very disappointed. That was the main reason we chose a hotel. Definitely would not recommend. "

"Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. There were snacks near the front desk all the time, a beautiful fountain with comfortable seating around it for relaxing or getting some work done undisturbed. Everything was very clean and all the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in the Cincinnati area. "

"The view was amazing. Rooms can use an upgrade though but overall the hotel was ok"

"The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though"
