The living area is spacious and contains a fully equipped kitchen and eating bar. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four on the patio where advantage can be taken of the warm temperatures and pleasant tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a TV with cable. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Wireless internet is available in the house.
Outside of the living room doors there is a large covered patio adjacent to the expanded plunge pool and sundeck. The house is surrounded by tropical vegetation which creates both wonderful surroundings as well as providing additional privacy.
The house is ideally located approximately 10 minutes from Enterprise (Miami) beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. The surfing area is located immediately outside of the gates.
The house is approximately a 15 minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. A large Grocery store (with a pharmacy) as well as gas stations are a five minute drive away and there is a golf course within ten to fifteen minutes of the house as well. Restaurants are located near the grocery store as well as on St Laurance Gap ten to fifteen minutes along the South Coast Road.
