“My girls were over the moon for the Mermaid Cottage! A few minute walk to the beach. Owner lives next door so easy to communicate. I would like to visit again with friends. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The area is so lovely and our rental was stocked with everything we could need from wine glasses, beach chairs and towels, bowls, plates and flatwear. The only slight negative is that the room is smaller than the photos suggest. worked for us! ”

“Our family had a restful 3 day getaway before the kids head back to college. Easy parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfy with ample pillows and nice bedding. Short, direct walk to the beach. I think this street hasn't seen as much improvement as the neighboring streets, but surely will someday. Very friendly, quiet, and dog-oriented area just as we remember our regular visits to Oxnard over the past couple of decades. We hope to stay again!”

The room was exactly what I'd hoped for: Clean, quiet, and convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I will definitely return the next time I travel alone.”

“Lee was very helpful from the start; with the info he provided. Even when we arrived a little early, we texted him and we were able to check in. The cottage is well furnished with many amenities mentioned and not mentioned, condiments in the fridge, all the coffee makings, the tv with all the guest apps, and thankfully even sunscreen, which I left in my gym bag at home. It was easy to get around and find all the local stores, with the info he provided as well. The cottage was nice and quiet,……
