"Bed was comfortable with various types of pillows. The room was clean and I liked that you could close the drapes and open them partly up and down not across. I like that they have a nice area for smokers"

"We stayed there because our daughter and BF whom we visited, live across the street. Hotel was very good, clean, nice rooms, helpful staff and well priced, good breakfast menu. Only drawback is partygoers and guests noisy at nighttime in parking lot. Seemed to be a problem on weekends mostly. Would definitely stay there again, trying to avoid Saturday nights."

"The property is beautiful with beautiful views. Our room was extremely clean. I had told them we were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and there may have been a slight mixup in communication but they very generously left us wine and chocolates and congratulated us on our anniversary. Even though the occasion was for a birthday the thoughtful and generous gesture was much appreciated! We loved our stay and will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!"

"Our room was clean. Everything that was in this room was very clean. Lots of the Color white. The king sized bed was very very comfortable. The staff we had contact with were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok. My husband quite enjoyed it. Me I am little more “fussy” with what I eat. Some foods do not agree with my body. But what I did eat was good. This the second time we have stayed here."
Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna

"If you require a room close to the Orchard Park Mall along with many restaurants on the East side of Kelowna, the Sandman is it. Price for rooms are is affordable for a family of four (two queens). Bathroom a bit dated and small. Electric outlets were outside the washroom. hair dryer in room 233 only had low speed so needed replacement. Beds were comfortable with TV, bar fridge, microwave a small closet and a end table on each side of the two beds. There were electrical chargers and reading lamps at each bed. Central rooms had balconies was overlooking the pool and hot tub available to guests. Denny's is attached to the main hotel so made it easy to find breakfast. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room."

"the bed was comfortable but the floor needs a good cleaning. i had to wash the bottom of my bedroom slippers before placing them in my suitcase. Having to check in and check out a different location, as directed by a sign on the desk, is not a convenience that i would expect from what you advertise as a high end resort."
