「Stay was fine. Rooms have a bit of noise transference. Sauna is lovey but quite small. A great addition to the ammenities! Wonderful option with a cold plunge. Pool wasn’t open yet due to seasonal cold but looks great with a poolside bar.」

「Location is great, staff is kind. The restaurants have strange hours and not overly for kids, luckily the hotel is close to Amazing restaurants. The room was nice. Parking easy and convenient. The pool was horrendous and we ended up taking my 5 year old to Emergency after getting sick from swallowing pool water. She vomitted for 8 hours. My other daughter got an immediate rash. 」

「All 6 pillows were super thick and big. Couldn’t sleep properly at all. Ended up sleeping without any pillow. 」

「Every thing was good the only thing that made me nervous was i am a senor citizen (75) and a bit unsteady and when I showered there was no rubber mat to stop slipping and having a hand grip device would of made me way more comfortable and secure in the shower Other than that room was A OK」

「Pet friendly with a refundable deposit was great. The full kitchen included an oven. Excellent location. The building is dated but it was perfect for the price.」

「It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. 」
