“The rooms were extremely clean and the staff wonderful. Roadside appearance has much to be desired but don’t let it fool you. My room was large, the bathroom was modern, and the bed was fantastic for anybody who’s spending time in the area it’s a great landing spot.”

“short stop on our way to the coast, arrived 8pm and left 930am. Nice, personable welcome, easy access to room, clean. No noise, other than from the street.
as always with those large AC units in the room, it's a balance between comfort and noise of the fan, decided for quiet and it got a bit warm.”

“The room was clean, linens nice, the very small fridge was not functioning, the gent who booked us in after having to phone was very pleasant, the view over the hedges to the water was lovely…unfortunately, the “what I call snake grass , was growing in the hedges and not removed..I did pull some to improve our view.
This property has potential but needs detail attention. For example why not provide guests with 4 dairy creamers in the fridge (but it needs to be working) for morning use…nothing……
