「This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main...

「Great Breakfast and accommodating staff; Kudos to Jerry for controlling parking spaces - we always had one close to entrance; very clean environment; spacious gathering spaces in lobby/dining area with multiple TVs to view BASKETBALL GAMES! First impressions are vital…was surprised that property has tattered, shredded, faded Marriott flag and overflowing trash bins at entrance.」
