「Samurise Daruma is a convenient place to stay for visiting Mt Fuji and the five lakes region. The self check-in option is convenient. The area around the property is easy to navigate. Fujikyu station is just a few steps away. The property is a little dated but clean and has everything you need for a short stay.」

「原本擔心這是一個評價少的新公寓， 因此與從原先預定的兩晚改成一晚，多花三倍的價錢入住一個渡假小屋。在隔日入住時，全家都後悔了，恨不得早一天來或是多待一天。老闆Seiji是位非常細心有禮的年輕人，英文超流利，在我們入住前一週即與我們聯絡，考量我們會到富士急遊樂園遊玩，他等我們七點如住。沒想到我們6點40到的時候，他已經在那邊等我們了，他看到我們到超市買了不少火鍋料理，還主動拿出電磁爐與大鍋具，超窩心的!Seiji先生告知我們他也算是半個台灣人，因為他的女朋友來自台灣，也因隔日並沒有預約房客，他要我們待到我們高興為止，不需12點前退房。房間除了超大外，還有極為貼心的設備與備物，包含了超高級舒適的床組、三套衛浴、洗烘衣機、60吋大電視、藍芽喇叭外，更附有四隻把手的Wii供遊玩，讓我們的三個孩子以為是來到了天堂，死拉活拖才肯離開。就在我們捨不得地驅車返往東京後，才意外發現我的護照竟遺失，再聯絡Seiji先生後，他馬上驅車到旅館幫我們親自尋找。他半小時內回覆我說他在沙發下尋獲，並立馬衝到火車站，用宅急便以最快速的方式，在隔日的中午時即送達，令我感動到快流淚!...

「The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see...

「House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. 」
