"I was horrified by our room when I check in. The carpet was gross with so many stains. It was not at all what the pictures looked like. Staff at front desk were not nice. Strictly business. I showed up at 1:30 after a long travel day only to be told, check in is at 3:00. The hotel was empty, they were not busy. I left my bags and came back at 3:00. I would never stay here again and definitely can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The room was spacious and clean. I was welcomed with chocolate and a hand written card. I was pleasantly surprised by the public bath, which I didn't know exist when I made the booking. The breakfast buffet was good and they change the food slightly each day."

"2号店に宿泊。美ら海水族館に近いことから選んだ。 一軒家なので、家族連れにもってこい。 寝起きだけでは、もったいない設備が整っていた。 キッチンには、必要十分な設備がある。広い脱衣場には洗濯機があるなど、連泊の衣類の洗濯も可能（共同の乾燥機もあるそうだ）。 2階の寝室にはダブルベッド２台、和室に布団を敷いてなど、スペースに余裕がある中で眠りにつけるので、ここも良い。 ホテルに連泊するのもいいが、連泊なら一棟貸しでゆったり過ごすのもいいと思う。特にここはオススメしたい。"

"Every Room was spotless, beautiful overall and would definitely stay again. Not a complaint more so a suggestion. If they provided coffee to make this would have made the stay literally perfect. But do it if you're hesitant on booking , i say give it a try! Also the price difference on here is due to the room not having karaoke just fyi. "
