"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"룸 컨디션 훌륭하고 직원분들 모두 친절 합니다. 수영장은 선베드가 제한적인 것이 좀 아쉽긴 하지만 다양한 엑티비티가 있어 재미있었습니다. 가족 단위 투숙객에게 알맞은 시설 입니다. 위치는 중심지와 다소 떨어져 있어 이동시 차량은 필요하고 별도의 주차 비용은 발생하지만 주차 장소도 넉넉하고 편리합니다."

"We had a nice stay in a condo which was really spacious and had everything we needed like kitchen, washing machine and dryer, large balcony with ocean views, free parking. However, the property itself is located on a hill so you can really walk to the beach and need to drive. Also, the swimming pool was occupied by families with kids and there were a lot of them using water pistols, swim rings etc. We literally couldn’t get to the pool at all which was really disappointing. For property with so many families and little kids there should be a pool that would be adults only And for all western tourists I must mention breakfast - it is super limited."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The Thalasso Spa was definitely the highlight of our trip—it was so relaxing and made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Busena, for such a memorable experience!"

"We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!"
