"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. 8/10 Good

"Very nice hotel for the price! We really liked the restaurants inside the hotel. The only small things we noticed were some of the outside structure looked very worn. Also, the convenience store inside was giving dingy. Maybe consider putting in a family mart or Lawson's? Otherwise, wonderful stay!"

"We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!"
