It was an excellent experience staying at this private beach house property in Motobu, Okinawa. The beautiful stretch of shallow natural sandy private beach in the backyard is called Gushiken Beach. There's dense jungle plants and trees along the rock formations cliffs, and hidden areas to explore at your own risk. Experience the local nature to the fullest... BUT bring bug spray for the "ninja" mosquitoes! These criters were bothersome around the property. This property is close driving distance to Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, Saseko Beach and Gorilla Chop. Communication with Ariyama-san, property host was great! Timely responses to all questions. Some improvement for us would be the bath-shower room lighting should be brighter, its too dimmed. Also brighter kitchen lighting.

처음가실때 꼭 안내받으신대로 해가 지기전에 가세요 ㅎㅎ 먹을거는 다 사서 가시구요. 이것만 지키신다면 그 고요속의 편안함을 느낄 수 있어요! 바다거북은 애석하게도 못만났지만, 이틀 중 두번째밤에 진짜 끝내주는 밤하늘을 만났어요. 오키나와 세번째인데 처음이네요. 이런 밤하늘. 정말 한참을 봤어요. 모기향까지 구비해두셔서 밤에 밤하늘을 구경하는 데 부족함이 없었어요. 세탁기,세탁세제,건조기,건조대 다 준비되어있어서 굿! 물도 콸콸 잘나와요!! 제 딸아이는 다음에도 꼭 여기에 숙박하고싶다고 합니다. 다만, 해가 뜨고는 실내가 훅 더워질 수 있으니까 조심해주세요 ㅎㅎ 2층방에도 에어컨은 있어요! (에어컨 청소는 필요할 것 같아요) 츄라우미는 차로 5분 걸려요! 다음에는 거북이를 만났으면 좋겠어요 ㅎㅎ

施設の建築年数を考慮するなら清潔さや庭や他の設備のメンテナンスには満足出来ると思います。 ただ、それだけにハプニングがあった時の客への対応、対処が残念でなりません。 3泊して…雨漏りしてる事を把握しながら、布団もシーツも濡れているのにシーツの交換もなければ様子伺いもなく、9時間停電しお風呂も入れない中完全に放置。我慢できずこちらから電話すればオーナーさんは停電を把握しながら帰宅してる始末。 深夜電気が復旧してからも何も様子伺いはなく、翌日完全に日も上がってからの様子伺い。 宿泊していた6名全員が流石に怒る気力も抜け愛想笑い。
