「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」

All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them」

「酒店位置距離碼頭是十五分鐘內的步行，但因為酒店在一大段斜坡上，所以拿大行李的話不能走樓梯上坡，以Z字斜坡上大概走25分鐘的大斜路..比較吃力.. 不過早上起床看到對面一大片海景感覺斜坡走得挺有價值的」

「Had no email to help with checkin then room air con didnt work and no hot water. Second day was promised both had been fixed when i got to room in evening both air con and hot water had not been fixed. Was offered 25e off first night, not accepted. To be lied that room was repaired was worse than initial problem, now 2 nights no hot water and no aircon is disgraceful 」
