Small, cosy apartment block "Ippocampo", 2 storeys. 10 apartments in the property. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Porto Rotondo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), 150 m from the sea. Private: small garden. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Via Porto Rotondo" 1.5 km, sandy beach 700 m. Marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 18 km, Porto Cervo 30 km.
3-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 small double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, microwave).
