讚好:整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Beautiful property. Definitely a 'will return' and a high recommendation to go there. Comfortable room, great views, great dining and service in the dining room.
Just a couple of issues that were below par for the exclusive experience you'll should have here:
1) Front desk person seemed to not take ownership for an issue with the room - there was an invasion of ants in the bathroom and the shower door also leaked into the bathroom aggressively. When reported to the front desk, the attendants reply was that the housekeeping service left at 6:30 (it was 7:00 pm when it happened). It felt as if she was leaving it up to us to deal with vs. assuring us it would be taken care of immediately. In the end someone did clean-up the bathroom and put some type of repellent down. That was good.
2) The room did not have an ice bucket, wine glasses or a wine opener. When we called down to get those standard items, we were informed that would be a 10.00 euro charge to get them delivered. Seemed odd to us and asked at checkout for it to be refunded, but they did not.
3) We had an early flight and it seemed like they may have had a control system for the availability of hot water in the showers. We had cold showers in the morning at 5:00 am.
