"Very pretty and quaint boutique hotel overlooking the Marmara ocean.
Expedia however showed pictures of a room (deluxe double, with a view) that I did NOT get.
Upon my arrival I was quickly helped by very friendly staff, the room that I got had some stains on the carpet, and it smelled moldy, and I got allergies, I had to change rooms. The room I got was even smaller and didn't have a single ray of light. It was better, but it WAS NOT WHAT I PAID for. Expedia is the mediator, so the ad is misleading, not the hotel.
The spa is beautiful, the girls were helping, and I was told it wasn't necessary to wear bathing suit, so I was in the sauna, and a gentleman from the staff who was really nice, brought me water 2 minutes later, but I was naked, and that made me feel very uncomfortable. Staff at the spa check on you many times, which also makes the guest feel like they're in a hurry or something, also bring tips, the whole environment implies tips even if your booking is "SPA AND SAUNA INCLUDED", one way or the other you will feel like you gotta do it.
The breakfast was incredible, and the restaurant staff are friendly, speedy, smart, and treat you like a friend, I loved them, and I appreciate everyone in this hotel.
While visiting, I had food poisoning from a restaurant, and the staff helped me with everything they could, and I forever thank them."
