“Lovely place just as pictured, but as someone with mobility issues the shower access should be photographed better. The shower base is about 18inches above the floor with no grab bars. As such it was to inaccessable for me. I was very dissappointed, basin washes were the go, with bending into the shower to wash my hair using the hand shower! It was tempting to turn the bath room into a wet room, but alas no drain in the floor so i didn't. Husband had no trouble. It is a very beautiful site,……

“We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.”

“Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC. Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing. Very dark and drab.”

“This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps. 大西部酒店

8/10 好
"在火車站對面，地點非常方便，亦有充足泊車位。房間寬敞，亦保留了一些舊火車站的痕跡。整體感覺頗舒服，亦包早餐，可惜是沒有冷氣。如果七八月的時間到來要認真考慮。另外亦不適宜開窗，因為近火車站，所以每當火車到站旅客出站的時候是可以頗為嘈吵的。"
