“Lovely hotel, big beautiful rooms, clean and crisp. Beds were the right combination of soft and firm (no hotel backache). Not too hot, just right. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. And it was QUIET. No noisy Aircon or thin walls like some places I've stayed. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in (between the UK, Munich, Copenhagen, Bratislava, Budapest, Vienna, and Paris). Would love to stay again sometime! ”

“The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. ”

“The room was nice and clean, but dated but nice. One thing that did annoy me, there was a breakfast menu that u hang outside your door to get breakfast to your room. I filled it out and put it on my door and no body took the order, they slid a bar bill under my door though but didn't take the order so that wasn't great. ”

“The spa area was more like a public swimming pool. Cramped, noise and dirty. Not a relaxing spa break hotel for sure!”
