「Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! 「I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. 「Overall we were happy with our stay, but that had more to do with the location than the house. I would have liked the check in details slightly earlier because we were traveling from a couple hours away and I was nervous we would not be able to get into the house. When I booked it said we would receive check in details a few days in advance. When we arrived there were some piles of dirt, leaves and sticks on the floor. 「Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. 」
