"Got there at approximately 10:15pm. Was asked if I could do stairs? Why? The elevator wasn’t working. No ground floor rooms available. I’m given a room on the 4th floor and have to carry two suitcases. Did I mention I’m 72? Staff person says 1) I could look for another hotel and 2) If I had gotten there before 10:00pm there would have been someone to help carry my bags. The hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They do not have enough parking-I had to park at the adjacent gas station. Did I mention it was cold, dark and raining? Cannot imagine a set of circumstances under which I would stay here again."

"Clean comfortable rooms. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The morning breakfast was a nice touch. The guy front desk staff on the night of our arrival was top notch, never in my 40 years of travel have I had a better front desk person, the others were not but he was just awesome personality and customer service."

"The room was very clean. The bed was not that comfortable, but the pillows were. The bathroom is super tiny. The toilet being right beside the door making it where you can’t shut the door is inconvenient. The indoor pool was very nice and kept up. We had a 3 year old child so the kiddy pool for him was very nice. The indoor pool is inside the lobby so others may not like that. The breakfast buffet was very good food. The fact that you don’t have to check out until 12pm was our favorite part. "
