「Very close to city center, easy parking」

「When we checked in at night, the room was not made up and there were used towels in the bathroom. The environment was not clean totally.」

「The staff are so helpful and all speak English. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. They organised the best facial I’ve ever had and then allowed me to use their sauna steam room The Breakfast buffet is incredible especially if you’re a fan of Polish food but if you’re not you’ll find something you’ll like from waffles to omelettes. It’s ideal for couples but if you do go with family friends ask for twin beds. Although I slept well on the sofa bed」

「The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food.」

「I loved every aspect of the hotel. The only things that were a negative impact for me was in the middle of the day they announced test fire drills over the intercom super loudly. I was sick and it did not help my headache.I also would've like the room to have a mini fridge and or a microwave. But none of this should impact the score I give. If you want a nice hotel and none of the above bothers you, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffett was amazing. The room and...
