「My stay was great 」

「Property was basically well maintained-lobby, dining area and my room was clean. Bedding was nice and the mattress was very comfortable.The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a very convenient location near the Charlotte Airport. The only disappointing feature was the bath hair dryer blew up and caught on fire. Housekeeping promptly brought a portable hair dryer, which sadly did not work. Overall, it was a good experience and i would stay there...

「Always a good stay. The area has grown and a lot of new dining/entertainment options. I miss the old Ballantyne and golf course but things change and the hotel is still a top choice. 」

「Really nice stay and will visit again! Tucked away gem, very quiet and peaceful place, cute cabins, great views, feels like your own private sunset. Kind staff! Little mixup on our check in and no towels in our cabin but we worked it out! 」

「We enjoyed staying at this Hilton property. We had drinks at the lobby bar and ate dinner at the restaurant. Both great experiences. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 which was great since we had to be at CLT at 4:30am. Very affordable and highly recommend. 」
