「It was clean and fairly comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit lumpy but not bad. The pillows were quite small and not comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.」

「Stayed for a concert in the area. Front desk lady seemed out of it. Very weird interaction… she couldn’t find my reservation and kept asking for a confirmation code. I gave her the number that hotels.com sent me then finally she asked my name and then tried to charge me and I said I already paid for a room then she goes “ oh”. Didn’t say anymore just kept looking out of it. There were also some strange workers hanging out in the lobby. The entire situation felt off. Then I go to my room and...

「Check in was great check out not so much im handicapped and take several medications first thing in the morning My friend that went in to check us out and asked since it was right after breakfast time if we could grab 2 bananas so i could take my medications no wad told no that everything was just put away Neither person at the desk offered to help out customer service was not there at all!」

「I normally avoid the motel type properties but ended up staying at Oxford Inn as it was the only availability for the weekend. However, it was fantastic. Just what I needed- clean, comfortable and just a short drive to campus. I felt safe even with the exterior door. It will be my first choice next time! 」

「Check in went well. Staff was friendly. The shower and soft water was absolutely amazing!!!! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The continental breakfast had lots of options and was pretty tasty. We had a spill at breakfast and the kitchen staff made us feel a little uncomfortable. Other than that we would definitely stay again. 」

「Water pressure from shower was outstanding. Purchased a container of orange juice when checking in. Using the O J to take my pills but it didn’t taste good. Looked at the label and it expired in January. I notified the staff when checking out and they refunded my purchase. Also had trouble turning the TV on.might have been a bad battery.」

「We was in town for a basketball tournament and I was amazed at the amazing customer services from the front desk. They were so polite. The hallways did not have great lighting but that was not a big deal. Our room not only was clean but smelled clean! Some rooms have a musty odor this one did not. It did take a while for the AC to cool the room down but yet again not a big issue. Breakfast was also great with plenty of options. Front staff done a good job and making sure food items stayed...
