「House was so cozy and clean, the property was beautiful and the host was so nice and accommodating. She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning.」

「Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. Breakfast starting time was 45 mins late on Sunday, that’s a problem when you have an agenda to keep and planned on eating on site before your departure. The staff was friendly and apologetic. The elevator issue was...

「rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay」

「I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.」

「The property was full of surprises. The host anticipated and provided for our every need. It was our 18-month-old grandson’s first vacation and we had a blast. We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds and kayaks. It was too hot to investigate the hot tub but we really used the game room. We can’t wait to come back!」

「Everything about this home was perfect for a girls trip to Rock the Country concert! House was stocked with everything we needed and more! Plenty of space, very clean & chic vibe!! We all love it!!」

「It was an awful experience」

「We waited over 20 minutes to check into our room as there was no one at the front desk. Has lady bugs all over the room. When we did get checked in the front desk was rude.」

「Great price for a comfortable hotel」

「They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.」

「A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

「This was the most disgusting hotel. Pictures do not show how dirty the place is. We ended up leaving and the staff was unhelpful」
