「We were not able to stay at the Canale because they had not yet opened. We were transferred to a different hotel which was much less expensive. To date I have not been refunded the extra amount that I paid to stay at the Canale.」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, especially the view from the villa - breathtaking. Very nice balcony for two people...

「Tudo excelente, só incluir um blackout.」
