「J’ai vraiment fait beaucoup d’hôtels en Tunisie et dans le monde entier, et franchement j’ai rarement vue une équipe aussi professionnelle et bienveillante, un grand merci à Khaled très pro, à Rahma à l’accueil toujours souriante, et à Mehdi au service petit dejeuné qui fait le meilleur capucin de Tunis 」

「Very beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful rooms. The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it. 」

「no bottled water, no refrigerator. no slipper, poor bed. I don't know how can it be a five star hotel」

「This is not my first time to the Berge du lac hotel and it is always as comfortable and professional as before, I spent an excellent stay with as bonus a superb view on the lac and of course I will come back soon. 」

「The reception lady always with a poker face and very arrogant. The room was not clean, especially the bed sheet was very dirty. The room service call can never been connected, nobody was answering the call. 」

L emplacement au cœur de la médina autour de tout médina ..souk ...boulvard Bourguiba ..musée de bardo ...musee Carthage ...sidi Bou Saïd .12 minutes de l aéroport de Carthage chambres spacieuse et très propre. Je recommande toujours.」
