    At the end of a dead end road, on an old family farm, sits a lovely little cabin, Cozy Cabin!

    This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is perfect for a small group. It has everything that you will need for a short stay in the Cooperstown area. One bedroom with a Queen bed and a view of a distant beaver pond, the other bedroom has a set of bunkbeds for this kids. The large, open floor plan main portion of the house has the kitchen, living and dining areas. There is a great view from the living room out the picture window of the backyard, picnic table, firepit and beave pond beyond. The well laid out kitchen even has dishwasher so you don't have to waste time on chores while you're on vacation. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen.

    Out back there is a large gently sloping back yard, with picnic table and umbrella, as well as a firepit. Sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Keep your eyes peeled there are always different forms of wildlife making appearances around the property.

Cozy home away from home!

We were traveling for our son to play at Cooperstown Dreams Park and found the perfect place to spend the week. We were about 12 minutes away from the fields. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful with ponds to fish in and horses to pet. The cozy cabin was extremely clean and welcoming and provided everything we needed. The host was great and made things easy for us. We highly recommend this place!

Relaxing and super close to Dreams Park

Frank was a wonderful host. We had a couple of issues (an appliance not working) and he immediately fixed them. This was a wonderful place to relax in between games at Dreams Park. It took us right at 10 minutes to get to the fields. It was so lovely to come to this property, secluded from the rest of the world and the baseball crowds, to relax!

This place is amazing!!! First off the hosts were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Most communications via text were replied to within minutes. The property was perfect. We were in town for dreams park and it was just the right distance for us to get away but close enough that it wasn’t a far drive. The property was beautiful with ponds, baseball field and firepits. I suggest bringing fishing poles as the bass were biting. Inside the Cabin was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and dishes. The bbq was a plus as we like to outdoor cook. Everything worked great and having the laundry inside was the best. Overall we absolutely recommend the cozy cabin for anyone looking for something that has everything.
