“If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot……

“I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests.”

“Most amazing place I’ve ever been.”

“Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries when we arrived. Internet access was solid enough to catch up on some news while relaxing before bedtime.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My family rented both Unit A and Unit B for my aunt's 70th birthday, and unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations or the quality shown in the listing. The cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bedroom in Unit……

“It was a lovely home.”

“Pictures matched actual place.”

“The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return.”

“House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice. But there was no iron/ironing board which was listed on listing and two Keurigs that didn’t work. We went to go buy new with no reimbursement or an……

“The place was exactly what we needed. I loved that it was pet friendly. The host was very kind when we had to change our reservation dates at the last minute. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We left an item when we vacated the premises and received a message from the cleaners, and we were able to retrieve the item before we left tow. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“The house is very spacious and clean with a Lakeview! Stayed 6 nights! Shane is a very good host and he responds quickly to any concerns you might! We have stayed at 2 other of his properties and had no problems! We are planning to stay at this and his other properties in the future! Good location to everything! Thanks Shane!”
