“The host ( to my shame I never asked) was the best my husband and I met in our travels around South East Asia. He was very accommodating. The area for breakfast was the best for me ( tastes differ) and overall great experience. The only minus for my husband was the room without the window but no problem for me.”

“Had issues with Hotels.com confirmed 2 room booking but not confirmed at hotel so 4 of us were stranded, but credit to the owner and staff at the hotel gave us a room that wasn’t finished for renovation to help us out, then gave us a room each on the second night but we had to pay cash after already paying through Hotels.com ”

“I paid for my room through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had to pay in cash or transfer money since the hotel already turn off all apps booking for that day. I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room. I accepted the room key with the condition that she has to reach out to Expedia to clarify this whole mess. When I checked out she again wanted me to pay in……
